What are the mechanism that give us the places where we work?
...and, how can we create better environments for work?
The Where of Work research is grounded in the recognition that the office is a construct born of a context and concept of work that are no longer relevant. Given the magnitude of these shifts, enhancements to the office are insufficient to align it with the future of work.
As business professor Oren Harari said, “the electric light did not come through the continuous improvements of candles”, so too the workplace of the future will not come through the continued improvement of offices.
